Trick riding

Trick riding is an amazing sport. It takes hard work skills and ALOT of balance! But that's not all you have to have a trustworthy horse. When most people think of trick riding they might think only of the rider, but the horse is the other 50%. Trick horses are trained with voice commands for each gait.(Whoa=halt...) They also have to be able to be perfectly calm with a rider swinging all over their back while galloping around a ring. But trick rider + trick horse = A perfect match of trust and fun. Here are some pictures of horses and their riders.
This is a picture Of a man trick riding way back in 1938!!

AMAZING!!

This is a trick riding saddle, some way 80 pounds! There similar to western saddles but have many adjustments for it's trick rinding purpose.

That looks so dangerous!! But their professionals.

Treats

Horses are like humans, we all like different things some horses like apples some don't, some horses like mints, some don't. I know a horse, who the first time I gave him a mint, bit it in half, the stuck out his tongue and let the two pieces fall out of his mouth, he's a funny horse. He does accept the mints as a reward but just spits them out after. I've never met a horse who didn't like carrots though, I think that's a winner.
